Yes, with two conditions. Equipment must stay under 75 dB and the managing agent must approve in writing. The March 2026 AGM further restricted installations to rear-facing balconies for stage one of the building.

Sixteen owners. By-law 22.1 sets two-thirds of the current owner roll for amendments and your roll has 24 active units. Strata renewal items use the same threshold.
