Is there a free trial?
No free trial or free plan — we run a guided demo on your own portfolio so you can see StratAI in context before committing. Book a demo and we will tailor it to your firm.
How is the Pro plan billed?
A base platform fee from $99/month plus usage, billed monthly or annually (annual saves roughly two months). Exact figures are confirmed during onboarding, and manager seats are always unlimited.
What makes Enterprise different?
The same product on different commercial terms: volume per-lot pricing on an annual contract, priority support with an SLA, white-glove onboarding, and a dedicated account contact.
Do owners pay to use the portal?
No. The property-owner portal is included on every plan at no additional cost.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. You can move to annual billing at any time to pick up the roughly two-month saving.
